          We have enhanced and added a new on our StarConnect Retail Internet Banking for Instant online Reset/ Unblock/ Acknowledge/ Request for your Password.

 

It’s online, instant, simple and convenient. It simply requires

·         Your Internet Banking User Id, and

·         Your Debit-cum-ATM Card Details for the same account/s.

 

You can use this new feature for –

·         Unblock your Login Password.

·         Reset your Login Password.

·         Acknowledge receipt for your Transaction Password.

·         Request for your new Transaction Password.

 

How to use this feature-

 

a)     Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ hyperlink on our Login Page of our Internet Banking.

b)     Provide you’re Internet Banking User Id, Debit-cum-ATM Card Number, Pin and Card Expiry date.

c)     Click on the submit button.

d)     If the details provided by your correct, next screen will prompt you, to choose an option for–

 

a.     Unblocking your Login Password.

Use this option to unblock your login password, which is blocked due to successive attempts to login with wrong User Id/ Password.

 

b.     Resetting your Login Password.

Use this option to set your new login password.

 

c.      Acknowledge receipt of your Transaction Password.

Use this option to acknowledge receipt of your Transaction Password. On your request, we would have sent you’re transaction password. The receipt of this needs to be an acknowledged by you, to activate the same. You can use this option for the same.

 

d.     Requesting for your new Transaction Password.

Use this option to make a request for new transaction password. On submission of your request, your new Transaction Password shall be sent to you, on your communication address.
